Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

This dish is a rich, keto-friendly casserole that brings together all the classic flavors of a cheeseburger—beef, bacon, and cheese—without the bread or carbs.

🥓 Ingredients (basic version)

Ground beef

Bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Onion and garlic

Cheddar cheese

Eggs

Heavy cream or milk

Mustard

Salt and black pepper

🔥 How to prepare it

Preheat the oven to about 175°C (350°F).

Cook the bacon until crispy, then set it aside.

Brown the ground beef in a pan, adding onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Drain excess fat if needed.

Mix in mustard and optional low-carb sauces for flavor.

Transfer everything into a baking dish.

Add cooked bacon on top.

Sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
