5. Digestive Problems

For some individuals, diabetes develops shortly before pancreatic cancer is diagnosed.
Warning signs include:
- Increased thirst
- Frequent urination
- Fatigue
- Blurred vision
- Elevated blood sugar levels
Most new cases of diabetes are not caused by pancreatic cancer, but sudden diabetes without obvious risk factors may require further investigation.
7. Persistent Fatigue
Extreme tiredness that doesn’t improve with rest is another possible warning sign.
